Absolute ******* retards!!!

I'm a student and I don't do things like that. I'm sorry for your experience, but not all students do this.

Wow, the student population in your area sounds terrible! I suppose if its halls we are talking about then your more likely to get the worse kind of students: First years!

I really would take this up with the university itself though. They can and will threaten students and conduct their own investigations. I can recall one student being expelled from their course in my first uni during the first year as they nicked a car then bragged about it to their peers

The problem of course is that when you mix up thousands of newly free'd teenagers, you can get problems, especially if the university hasnt put a slightly nanny state like control system over them while they are in halls (like my first uni did.)

Take your examples to the university, preferably directly the head chancellor. All it takes is a well written letter and its most likely they will start at least actively warning the students, which may at least reduce your hardship a bit.

where is this retirement home in headingley? The only really 'bad' parts of headingley late at night are around Skyrack and Oak. maybe inbetween arc and taps aswell and the takeaway street.

Theres no retirement homes around these areas from what i know of

Me and my mates were much more troublesome in our second year, but we won't go into that ;)

damn students, at lancaster i found myself sourrounded by other students who had clearly never been out for a drink before, didnt know how to handle themselves or their booze and loved to get smashed off their faces thinking it was cool to act like a load of right spanners.

As I said, I am not posting my address on here ....... and just because you are not aware of housing schemes for retired people in Headingley does not mean that they don't exsist.

I thought that you lived near Hyde park; if so, I'm between you and the Oak.

James Baillie Park, North Hill Court and Leodis Residences are the closet halls.
