The right result, considering Kimi would have been long gone without safety cars. It would have been a bit unjust had Alonso managed to get the win.

When the drivers arrive on the podium that's what bookies payout on regardless of any FIA intervention post-race. The podium presentation is the result as far as they're concerned.
