AC3 "A Deadly Performance " - Silly issue!

I have a really simple but annoying issue with AC3.

Litterally just started playing it and the first mission I am stuck on.

The bit where you are in the auditoruim and have to use Eagle vision to look up to the balcony, well, I look up (and up and up and side to side and left and right etc...) and absolutly nothing happens!

This is the bit I refer too.

Have you tried restarting the game?

I don't remember having to even look around that much, the game just zooms you in automatically.

If that fails it is probably just a dodgy install. Reinstall/redownload or verify the game cache.
