Acceptable HD temps?

Looking at my Maxtor 250gig sata drive in my Antec P180 case its at 40c and my western Digital Raptor is at 36c

Is this acceptable? I can prolly get the max down to about 35c if I turn my fan on to medium in the case.

Ye, both sound fine. Anywhere in the 30s and 40s is perfectly acceptable. My Raptor runs at a very similar temp.
