Other than Home Access, you're getting their LLU. It's considerably cheaper for them to connect you to that than use BT Wholesale.

Xilo and Vivaciti also sell unlimited LLU, via the C&W LLU network. I'm on that, and it's pretty damn good, plus tis unlimited

Apparently, I've heard that neither AOL nor Orange are currently able to track usage levels on their LLU services, although that might well change, no promises!

How come I have the same connection speeds with Demon that I do with o2 and I wasn't connected to Demons LLU ?

some people can only dream of getting 6Mbps 24/7 - which you would do on LLU.
