Access 2007 Error

One computer is having a weird problem

error upon opening an access db is

Could not find file 'final name.mdb'

Everyone else can open it but not this specific computer.

tried as different users and even reinstalled office 2007

can open up any other access file fine

its not the file as others can open it, but im really stumped on what is the issue.

Do you know where the file lives? It could be you don't have permission to browse to that area?

checked that, specifically has access, its not permission because as network administrator from that computer i cant access it
