Guys, im currently running a report showing the total year forecast and this months forecast for several projects our company is working on.

The report is set up something like this.

Project Name | Current Month | Year Forecast

The Year Forecast is based on several columns sumed together i.e 04/11 + 05/11 + 06/11 etc.

The current month is just 07/11 etc depending on the month.

The problem I have is every month I have to go into the query and change the criteria to equal this current month i.e 07/11 or 08/11.

What im after is if Current Month column query data was the same as the total year forecast i.e 04/11 + 05/11 + 06/11 etc. can i get it to just pick out this months figures and show the values rather than me having to chnage it every month.

Or if theres a completely different way of doing this, im open for ideas :)
