I have recently rebuilt my pc, initially it all seemed fine, performed windows updates and begun installing all the software and the one game i play (warz)
I started my computer yesterday and i had a message flash up saying "access memory error at **************" cant remember the exact code.

I have looked all over the internet and found some information regarding ram errors, i ran windows memory diagnostic and found no errors.

Please can any one advise on how i may fix this, i am contemplating system restore but id like to know what caused this so i can avoid it in the future

Thanks

It could have been a one off, I wouldn't worry too much unless it does it again.

Run a diagnoistic with Memtest86+ and allow it to complete a couple of complete passes to give the memory some proper hammer.

i get it every time i restart my comp, im going to dload memtest tonight and see, what action should i take if it pulls an error? or is the action required specific to what it finds

Well after trawling loads of sites, i have discovered what is causing my error. im not too sure what to do or even what the program does in its self.

virtu mvp - i found a board with messages about a virtu program causing an error similar to mine, what exactly does it do on my computer, am i safe to remove it or can anyone suggest settings which may resolve the problem.
Any advice would be appreciated as im a relative new comer to all the techie stuff in computers. Cheers
