I think this was mostly my sister's fault, but the accident was approximately as follows:
She was parallel parked and pulled out so the car was about 45 degrees to the curb and the front wing was sticking out. For whatever reason she then hesitated and stopped in that position. She said she was waiting for cars on the opposite side of the road to pass or something stupid which there was no need to do since it was a wide enough road.
Anyway - a car then came down the main road and took out her right wing and knocked the left wing into the car parked in front of her.
Is this her fault, his fault or will it go knock for knock? No independent witnesses.
