Cant remember the case name or the outcome which may well make this post somewhat irellevant but from when I studied law I remember a case where someone was driving and bees got into the car (swarming I think) and they crashed as a result.
As I say though cannot remember if they were held liable or not.
a mate of mine was riding on his motorbike once and a wasp managed to get in his jacket and under his shirt, he said he could feel it crawling over him and he didnt know what it was but when he tried to scratch his chest it started stinging him
he managed to pull over tho and remove all his clothes from the waist up and jump around (doing what i can only imagine looked like the truffle shuffle) at the side of a roadhe isnt exactly slim either so i can imagine a few people have been scarred for life
I think you'd have to file a claim against the wasp, make sure you get it's details before they fly away! This just happened to be but i diddnt cause an accident as the little begger diddnt get in the car.
what would happen if.
your on a busy road and a wasp flys into the car and is in your face trying to sting you, and with all the comotion you bump into the car in front
Would you still be liable for causing the accident ?
