As I said totally different. Money found has to be handed in. This is not what happened. It is a bank transfer, treated exactly the same as paying cash in over the counter and as such is legally there's to do as they wish.
Yea but i was was using my wee car scenario to compare with his money hanging out of cashpoint scenario ....
Pocketing money on street = not legal
Taking abandon car = not legal
That was my point ....
It may well not be the same, but the fact is theres still some ****** running about spending £2000 that isn't theres, legal or not ...
Actaully, might not even be a ******, could be a nice guy or girl, they STILL have £2000 thats they know doesnt belong to them
