Tried to login to Paddypower and it said that my account has been suspended. I sent them an e-mail asking what the deal is and they sent:
I can provide all the above. Is photo ID really necessary?

For security reasons Paddy Power run standard authorisation (name and address) checks on all accounts. Unfortunately your account has failed one of these checks. To reactivate it, please provide us with a copy of the following details:
∙ Bank Statement/Utility Bill (to confirm address)
∙ Photo ID (passport or drivers licence)
∙ The front and back of your registered card
I can provide all the above. Is photo ID really necessary?
