Acer 34-Inch X34A

I have just got an Acer 34-Inch X34A and it has what looks like screen door effect or cross hatching on the left hand side of the screen, is this a quirk of this particular screen or does it look like I have a faulty screen?

My X34P seems ok, apart from the light bleed in the 4 corners, how's the light bleed on yours?

are you set to the wrong resolution? possibly 1080p instead of 1440p and you're setting the pixel grouping as a result?

No the resolution in the game is set to 1440p and in ncp it’s set to 1440p

Yep definitely outputting 3440x1440 according to the monitor, ncp and the game

yeah something isn't right. what refresh rate are you running? if 100hz try reducing the OC to 90 or 95hz just to see. also try a diff cable just in case. could just be a bad screen though.

Well I have had my replacement screen arrive and it has the same problems, normal refresh and no crosshatch as soon as I apply the overclock(any overclock over 60hz) crosshatching
