Acer aspire 5733 upgrade

I have an old acer aspire 5733 laptop which currently has a core i3 M 370 cpu fitted.

Would I notice any bump in performance if I swapped it out with something a bit faster, say a core i5 M 580. It's just used for web browsing but it's a bit slow on some busy sites.

You'd probably notice a reasonable difference by swapping to a SSD if you can?
