Pretty much need someone on OC to review both and compare Agaisnt similar monitors in price range when announced, if the ips is 3ms or less might be worth for the hardcore gamers for fps otherwise tn version would be better but that makes in in competition with the swift so price will play a big part

6 months got the wide screen version Aswell looks a lot nicer but fear price be 1000+

For 70 quid more the IPS will be worth it

It's why everytime they add something new to there monitors so they don't have to compete for price but good how they understand what people want

So this seems perfect for most as mainly a cs player this looking good even with the low response timea in testing April 15th realise date confirmed?

So whats the verdict on this against the swift

Everything I have read suggests the Swift has a much better build quality but the Acer wins on the screen panel type quality.

Well monitor is all about what you see on the screen

In real terms there was very little compares to the swift this monitor is a must and can't wai to save up nd get it

Just came back to the thread to see if anything had improved...

Seems not quite happy I went for the benq 144hz instead
