All my joints recently are rather achy, and i find stretching whilst laying down on the floor (discovered while supposedly working) is really nice an relaxing! I assume for some reason that my bones and joints aren't getting enough relaxation. How do i solve this?

I have a friend who does that... lies on the floor to relax himself, he loves it, he even got me trying it once and ive gotta admit it was quite nice!:p

Why not try having a hot bath, with plenty of radox muscle relax lotion in it. That stuff usually makes me sleep better to..

Or perhaps, depending on what job you do, if its a desk job perhaps you need a health and saftey assessment, perhaps your not sitting right, of straining some part of your body thats causing all of this achyness. ?? Just a thought

Well im at 6th form, so im slouching 24/7 because if im not at 6th form im in front of my pc, or out with friends

I might try sitting properly more! I do rather like the floor :p

Cannabis?
I don't really like the idea of doing that anymore, i think I've matured since a few years ago, just doesn't seem right doing recreational drugs, being the lowest of lowest of scum! Do it a couple of times when your 14 or 15, not worth it if your any older tbh thats my view anyway :)

i can't see what more you are doing than any other person of your age that could lead you to feeling like this, under normal circumstances anyway.
