No phone line until the 10th (thank you, BT for your monumental **** up!)
No hot water until yesterday (thermostat was FUBAR)

The place is absolutely fantastic!

Finally back online (at home).

BT were due to send an engineer on friday afternoon...I got a text at 8:15 (as I was walking into work) saying they didn't need an engineer and the line was up and running
