You asked for that one really.

Rise Against - Swing Life Away
Radiohead - Creep
Pete Doherty - Can't Stand Me Now
The Kooks -Ooh La
Fightstar - Waste A Moment
Foo Fighters - Everlong
Foo Fighters - Times Like These

And pretty much anything from Get Cape, Wear Cape, Fly and Jack Johnson.

Led Zeppelin - Gallows Pole
Led Zeppelin - Bron Y Aur Stomp
Led Zeppelin - Tangerine
Led Zeppelin - Thats The Way
Led Zeppelin - Poor Tom
Led Zeppelin - Black Country Woman
Led Zeppelin - Bron Y Ra
Led Zeppelin - Going To California

You get the idea.

Adding some spice:

Mat Weddle - Hey Ya (Live acoustic - check Youtube, and he has a downloadable MP3 on his Myspace)

The entire "Jason Mraz - Live At Jaza Joe's" album is absolutely superb, he really puts a lot of "folk guitar" singers to shame with his excellent technical skill and frighteningly strong voice.

Black Hole Sun - Chris Cornell/Soundgarden
Fell on Black days - Soundgarden
Name - Goo Goo Dolls
Parden Me - Incubus
Stellar - Incubus
Be Quiet and Drive - Deftones
Eulogy - A Perfect Circle
Hundred Reasons - Falter

Most of those are acoustic versions rather than being acoustic originally :)

Past your bedtime?

Cheers to the others for the recommendations i'll get listening.

Rhetorical question, or do you require an answer?

Have a listen to something by Bright Eyes, a lot of it is acoustic and some of that is good. If only Conor Oberst could learn that he doesn't have to put everything he records on an album then they would be much better.

I'd recommend "Lifted or the Story is in the Soil, Keep Your Ear to the Ground" and "I'm Wide Awake it's Morning".

Also, I hope you're not downloading any of these suggestions illegally, I'd hate for this to be a thread which promotes behaviour of that kind.

I'd also want to suggest "Fevors and Mirrors" and "The Every Day and Every Night EP".
