Client has asked me to replace her flexi tubing for acrylic not petg and not used it before. Whats best way and tools to use for this? I have Barrow cutter that I use for petg but not sure it will work

I found a hack saw to be the best thing to cut it.
A copper pipe cutter will work but you have to be careful not to crack the tube with too much pressure.

Hack saw and deburring tool is your best bet/

Don't even try with you petg cutters it will just shatter the acrylic.

He’s mentioned using PETG which you are not gonna shatter, I’ve tried with a hammer and it’s tough stuff :D

I just use a hacksaw, tiny mitre block and tube deburrer.

Wrap the area you want to cut with a bit of masking tape, mark where you want to cut, hacksaw a tiny bit away from your mark in the mitre block so you have a nice straight cut, use the debur tool to clean up the inside and outside edges to get the chamfer (which is why you cut a tiny bit away from your mark) and then a fine grit sandpaper just to take any roughness off the chamfer.
