Hi,
Does anyone sell a low profile heatsink/fan cooler that can be attached to the backplate of a gpu? I've changed all the pads and now my backplate is roasting, so its time to remove the heat i've moved onto it.

I used these:

dropped temps on the Vram down by a further 5-8c.

As you replaced the thermalpad, that's a good call to start with. The heat won't be trapped under the backplate.
You can either use one of those mentioned above or use some Alphacool or similar designed for GPU RAM. Simply distribute them around the areas which you have thermaltpad underneath.
Either way, use a good thermal tape to transfer as much of the heat as possible. Some tapes may feel not strong enough, but the good ones would cure after a while.
If the airflow is good, simply increasing the surface (adding heatsinks) may help, but as you're tackling the issue without shortcuts so far, adding a fan would be a must.
When I used heatsinks for the 3090, the hottest areas are the ones which @Jay85 have his heatsinks on.
You don't need a super fast fan. Some quiet fan should do.
