You can set SDC to delete the all the cookies except the ones you want to keep for sites you visit the most, like Facebook or OCUK. All the rest self destruct, you can set it to either when you leave the page, tab, or close Firefox.
It doesn't work at all for me. I just tried your Santander one and still got the cookie message and then tried some others and still get the message. Does it actually work for anyone?
It worked for me on the BBC site, but not the Santander. So I'm assuming it's looking for a specific bit of code/HTML that is supposed to be standardised, or it uses a blacklist type system?
And I'm glad I'm not the only one who doesn't like ublock, it didn't block half the stuff adblock does for me and in some cases actually blocked things I didn't want blocking like captcha's. Didn't really notice any performance benefit from it either.
