Put the first ball in the bottom, second in the top (which should complete the level for you), then third in bottom again. It takes a while getting the exploding one on target though.

Stuck on 49. You need to cause $5000 damage and my best yet is about $200 off that but that was through just firing all my balls in one direction in rapid succession, no technique to it haha.
