Hi all,

Trying to print out some documents in office 2003 (word, exel, powerpoint)running XP 32bit service pack 3 on my sons pc.
I get the following message-

CIB pdf addin " THE ADDIN INITIALIZATION FAILED" .
When i ok this message it starts to print, but the page is blank. Reloaded printer drivers, but to no avail,I have also reinstalled office 2003 with service pack 3 but still get the same message when i open a office document .

Had a look on web, only links i have found are to sites selling registry fixers.

Please help, need to print off kids work for school.

Thanks

thanks for the reply, how do i do this?????

Couldn't find it the first time.

I've done a bit more digging:

Start Word, and then click Customize on the Tools menu.
In the Customize dialog box, click Commands.
In the Categories list, click Tools.
In the Commands list, click COM Add-Ins, and then drag the command to one of the toolbars.
Close the Customize dialog box.

Then:

Click COM Add-Ins on the toolbar. You added this above.
If the add-in is listed in the COM Add-Ins dialog box, click to clear the add-in check box.
Click OK to close the COM Add-Ins dialog box.
On the File menu, click Exit.

The best I can come up with.

Give it a try.
