I'm planning to add an intake fan and using one of these

and just looking to confirm the best way to go about it. I have an angle grinder but feel it's not really the tool for the job so looking at getting a hole saw bit for my drill. just wondering whats the best size bit to be using for that fan. would a 5inch(127mm) bit be fine or can I go larger before I start messing with the 120mm mounting screws? also what mm bit would i need to use for the screw holes?

Also looking to add a 80mm fan at the back of the case as another intake to help draw cool air in for the gpu.

similar to this i guess but wondering if any one has ideas on how to achieve it while being tidier.

this for a media center pc that has no intake fans currently and only 2 60mm exhausting at the rear. the case has holes/vents to let the air out so hoping the 140mm and 80mm intake will give a good enough flow so it doesn't overheat when i add my 965 and a 7770 to make it my steamOS PC. using the stock amd cpu fan for now but might add a Scythe Shuriken SCSK-1000 if need be. Was planning to add the 140mm intake above the cpu rather than the center of the top panel as well, any reason to not do this?
