Adding a second SSD

Just got my new PC yesterday from Overclockers and it is regarding the lian-li o11 dynamic xl chassis. I'm not particularly well-versed in building PCs so please bear that in mind. I have pulled the SSD out of my old PC and want to add it to the new PC as a secondary drive.

Whenever I have had to install/add extra hard drives in the past, I just used to daisy chain the new drive using the existing SATA cables already plugged into the main drive and then find a spare slot on the motherboard to plug the new drive into. My new PC doesn't seem to have any free slots though. There are however, 4 additional trays that pull out of the back of the PC where you can slot a hard drive in and these all look to be wired up correctly from what I can see. I figured it was just a case of plugging the SSD in and away I go but when I plug the secondary SSD in, it doesn't show up in Disk Management nor in my PC nor in Device Manager. Is there something else I need to do, maybe in the BIOS? I thought this stuff was more or less plug and play these days.

What motherboard you got as should be sata ports on it where you plug sata cable in and power supply should have sata power cable the sata ports on motherboard are usually on the right hand side of motherboard as you look at it

Its an Asrock X570 Taichi DDR4 chipset ATX mobo according to my invoice. I can't see any free ports on it.

The sata ports are next to the grey silver fan cover they're black on the right side edge
That did the trick, thanks so much for the help!

The black SATA ports are a bit of a pain to see but once you know where they are, it's easy enough. Had a brief spell of mild concern when the PC got stuck in loop on boot up. There must have been some Windows crap left on the old SSD and it was trying to boot from that first but once I removed it from the boot order list, all seems good now!
