Is there a way of batch boardering photographs? I seem to spend too much time doing everything one at a time. I'm getting used to some of the basic CS2 commands but would like to save time where possible.
Go to the window tab along the top and select actions. Open any image and click the record button. Name it and create the border as you would normally. When you're finished Click the stop/save button.
Then when you're looking to apply the border to a number of images go to the File tab, select automate and then batch. You'll find your new action in the "Actions" drop down, select it and either choose a folder or all open images, whatever. Run it and you should be fine
Test your action out on a few files to start with. If you get it wrong you could end up with it going pete tong on you and it will constantly overwrite the same file over and over if you havent set up your save settings properly.
