Morning all
Got the urge to put my GTX580 under water but don't want break the bank if possible.
My current loop is as follows:
12v Laing (18w) pump
Heatkiller Rev 3 LC
EK Mosfet x2
EK Chipset
Thermochill 120.3 (6 Silent Eagles in push pull)
Reservoir
Rig is currently in a Corsair 800D.
CPU is overclocked to 4.2GHz which needs 1.275 volts all other voltages are at default. Temps at idle in this loop are around mid 30s and mid 60s at load.
If I bung in a 120 rad after the chipset and then a full 580 block will I run into problems? I'm thinking either the loop wont be able to cope with that amount of heat or ill need another pump to help with flow.
The 580 will be overclocked too so its going to be kicking out a fair bit of heat.
Your thoughts and recommendations are appreciated!
