I bought an overclocked bundle from this good place a couple of years ago (2500K Z68 mobo oc to 4.4GHz). I could only afford 4gb at the time. A few weeks ago I bought 4Gb more . The original bundle came with 2x 2Gb and so I bought 2 more of the same type - I now have 4x2Gb.
I have been running quite stably for the past few weeks, but I just want to make sure that I don't need to go into the BIOS to set up/change any more parameters for the 2 new memory sticks. I am not exactly sure where I should be checking ... ( I was assuming that every memory slot shared the same timing/voltages ,etc and so I shouldn't need to change anything - but I just want to check to be sure)..
