Quite surprised to see such a massive departure from 'Sicilian / Italian American Mobster' theme whilst skimming through the thread.

As much as I like Breaking Bad for example, don't really see how a dude who cooks meth in a campervan fits in with the whole ethos of the existing structure

Hah, I think you've only seen the early series before he worked in Gus' mega lab. IMO that whole "organization" could definitely be considered "gangster"

I'm working my way through but regardless, unless the series takes a weird twist, I can't see him suddenly turning Sicilian in the vein of mobsters from films like the Godfather and Goodfellas, as the style of the current avatar set portray
