Hi Guys,

Recently got a new setup about a month ago with the spec being in my sig.

I'm running vista x64 but don't think GB is really enough. With my motherboard setup I have 4 memory slots but if i filled all 4 up would there be any decrease in performance or issues I might face? I would get the exact same memory as what I have now.

I read the manual and it mentioned about enabling duel channel mode. Is this done automatically as I cant see anything that enables it in the bios?

Filling all 4 slots on the mobo will not have any notable negative effects on your system. You may have to increase the NB voltage slightly though.

Until yesterday I was running 4x1GB, Now I run 2x2GB + 1x1GB (6GB total) and Vista loves it.

You don't need to make any changes in BIOS for Dual Channel, just install the RAM in the corrisponding slots, board does the rest.
