Adding option to print server so that logon names are printed

I have heard it is possible to have an option enabled so that when documents are printed the users logon name is printed onto the page.

How is this done?

From memory (which isnt that great) the option is called a seperator page. Havnt got time to play with it right now but maybe give it a try, not sure if you will have to setup this on every pc or if you are using a windows server you can set this up their.

Normal on the things I've seen, (not Wintel), this is done by enabling banner page printing on the print queue which then prints this sort of information.

Banner pages are what they are called in Novell Netware. I dont think he was refering to a Microsoft network method.

added: take a peek at the following page, it should give you a bit of an insight into MS seperator pages:
