Quick question: I have a i7 desktop system pre-overlocked to 4.4Ghz from OCUK and it has 16GB of RAM (not sure of the timings and all that as I am at work) but if I add another 16GB of identical RAM will the BIOS overlock cause any issues?

I assume the new RAM will just run at the timings in the overclocked profile and as it is the same RAM that shouldn't cause issues.

it might need so tweaks to run.

usually 4-8gb with an overclock isn't to much issue, most of the time 16gb needs a few tweaks to be able to get the same overclock stable, so can only imagine adding another 16gb, even if its the same spec, might need some other changes.

Before you put the new memory in, if possible save off the current profile settings for the overclock, or at the very least go through the bios and write them down any settings that arn't set to AUTO.

this is just in case you need to clear the cmos/reset the bios to its default.
