He used to play for SPURS and I thought he was quality.

This year for QPR he seems to be doing the business not bad in Fm 11 as well!

what do you all think of him?

lol he's a bit temperamental

who is their captain?

I can see him coming to the premiership with QPR and doing well!

Top player but as jakeke said, no brain on him. Quality set-piece taker and will be instrumental to QPR's promotion bid.

He is captain.

I have seen him a few times, friend is a Hoops fan. He can be temperamental, he will be ridiculously good one game and toilet the next.I think he has matured a lot from his spurs days though.

He will do well if they get into the Prem.

Oh right yer hope they can do it!

I haven't seen him in the flesh since Spurs' summer 2009 friendlies, so maybe my view is out of date. However, at the time he reminded me a lot of C. Ronaldo when he first came to England. Obvious talent but a bit too much of a show-off. Scored some absolutely crackers in the games I saw but also lost the ball a lot with stupid runs/passes.

Great player to watch though. It's great to see a player with his technique playing in the Championship.

He's ok, good ability but no brain.

I would probably agree with this.

Great player but his decision making on the field is terrible at times, very greedy and seems to be out to suit himself the majority of time. But is the sort of maverick player who could win games for a team.

he only had a few brief sub appearences at spurs and seemed to have an inability to know when was a good time to pass. tbf he made a cracking sub appearnace against west ham in 2007, good little run which ended with him being fouled and berbatov converting a cracking free kick, we went on to win 3-4, was a great game. i'd have preferred it if we had loaned him instead of sold though i doubt he will be 'the next zidane' as a few people said 4 years ago.

He was good in FM10 too.

QPR are doing pretty good this year, not sure about promotion though, would be really nice though. We have the money to compete in the premiership though.

I watch him week in and week out and when he's playing well he's in a class of his own. He seems to be much more of a team player this season though and I really think having players like Derry with strong leadership skills helps him a lot.

Definitely one of the best players in the championship.

Seems quite good, when I saw him last season it was during their dismal form that nearly saw them relegated, we beat them 5-0 so couldn't really gauge much of an opinion!

We have them at the weekend in what could be a good match, or it will be a boring 0-0

QPR have never won at the City Ground (albeit a nearly meaningless statistic)

We've not lost in 27 league games at the City Ground (If you count the playoffs :( as a seperate competition)

QPR are yet to lose this season!

Hopefully I will get to see him play .

There are many next Zidanes. Though not all of them have egos as big as Taarabt.

I hope to be playing for one of the top four in Spain next season — Real Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia or Sevilla.

Course you will mate.

It is fine to hope. It isn't like he's made it a statement of fact.

Was it Cineworld Pongolle that turned up with 'Le Tallent' and flopped along with him? Not as badly, mind.
