Adel Taarabt of QPR

bloody hell what a goal!

he had a part to play in all 4 goals - scored 2, 1 assist and won a penalty

that 2nd goal he scored was amazing!

Football Focus and the Beeb in general gave him a slating the other week when QPR were on the box. And rightly so. He seems to be shocking more than good.

I don't like him personally, when I've seen him he seems to be very selfish. Kept doing things like hogging the ball, stupid skills at the wrong time.

I'd be frustrated if I were his team mate with the way he plays sometimes.

Credit where it's due though, he's done well this season.

I think the comment someone gave him on the football league show pretty much summed up my opinion of him "he's like the school team captain, he wants to do everything himself and score all the goals"

Not a team player which is a major negative, when he does have bouts of playing for the team rather than himself QPR seem to do quite well, their still a below average team punching above their weight though

I wouldn't say that at all (I watch him week in and week out as a season ticket holder). He does have the odd bad game, normally when he's being man marked by a couple of players but without him I think QPR would be a top 10 team rather than leading the Championship most of the season.

Unfortunately he seems to bottle it and showboat too much when the TV cameras are at the game so lets see what happens at lunchtime today on Sky. ;)

Taarabt isn't anything amazing, he's jus one of these players that is too good for the Championship and probably not good enough for the Premiership, like Darren Huckerby for example.

Saw him at spurs a while back. easily the worst player I've ever seen kick a football. Didn't even attempt to make a single pass all game. Lost the ball 24/7 and will never be a team player. Hope he fails big time stylie!

sounds like sour grapes to me!

you obviously haven't seen him play this season he's been the R's best player and he is so much more improved than he was when he was playing with the yidos!

well like I said i've only really seen him live at spurs. And briefly a QPR game the other day where he hadn't changed one bit. I don't really watch pub football so don't see his performances. ;)

Plus it's not exactly hard to light up the championship in retrospect.
