It should be in the FAQs but, briefly, this is what you need to do:
1. Start a new thread called '[SECRET] name change/account delete/misc help'
(the SECRET bit keeps the thread private- the other bit means the thread goes to the correct processing)
2. Post the details of what help you need, together with a recent photo of yourself.
3. await the Moderators to check the details and deal with your issue.
