Adobe after effects

I have been looking all evening for a fix and had to resort to posting. Can anybody help me with a problem I am having with after effects. I have created a video in the program and have created a few RAM previews to check if all is working and everything seems to be fine, but when rendering out and exporting the audio is out of sync with the video.

Please help me!

Yeap, all looks good, I cannot see the problem, but seems like a load of people have this problem after googling this. :/
