Hey all, i have searched around here and can't see anything in reference to this, so here goes:
Trying to help a friend of mine out, her girlfriend has the Adobe CS3 Photoshop, Flash, and Dreamweaver, she's having REAL issues getting them onto her laptop, i'm not 100% sure of the spec, but i know its dual core intel, 1gb ram, enough hard drive space and windows xp pro sp2, but for the life of us, NO Adobe products will install, its the same every time, the splash screen for the installer comes up, the progress bar for setting up the installer fills, then it just all dissappears, no warning, no beep, no nothing, we tried the install on her desktop and it went flawlessly, and we installed numerous things on the laptop (Office, AVG, usual regime of protection, utilities and cd/dvd software) all of which installed fine.
If anyone has any indication of what may be causing this, i would really appreciate any feedback you have, she's finding it hard work, being a web designer/photographer without the oppurtunity to use the programs she needs whilst on location/on the move.
Thanks again
