I'm hoping that someone can help, or make a suggestion of a forum that can give advice on the use of Adobe Illustrator.
In short, I need to process some seriously big files (200-300MB). My PC is running somewhat slow, despite having lots of memory free (close on 800MB of free RAM). As the CPU is not maxed out, that suggests to me that Illustrator might need some optimisation.
For example, I know that Photoshop has settings for memory usage, though I can't find the same in Illustrator.
Any thoughts or recommendations?
