Hi, I apologise if this isn't considered to be appropriate discussion, but I was reading an article earlier and it kind of shocked me, and was wondering what you all thought about it -

The most prominent, and longest-living direct descendants of Adolf Hitler's father, Alois, was his nephew William Patrick Hitler. With his wife Phyllis, he eventually moved to Long Island, New York and had four sons. None of William Hitler's children have yet had any children of their own; by some reports, this is by mutual agreement, to put an end to the Hitler bloodline.

Those children living today are in their 50's/60's. Maybe it's old news, but it's the first I've heard of it. Perhaps I should have payed closer attention in my history classes.

anyhow, yeah thats true, read it before. perhaps you should have paid more attention but i doubt that would ocme up

You're right, but my history teacher would always go into semi-irrelevant stuff.

That information was from Wikipedia, other descendents changed their names, but it's the direct ones who hadn't.
