ADSL Modem Router options

it worked ok for 29 days then went wrong, im running firmware off Kitz forums which gives more info for line details etc.
Ive been told that the Bt modem isnt that good is this not the case?

Thats strange as Netgear have admitted ipv 6 isn't or shouldn't be working across their entire range? wonder if i can find the info again.

100% correct. I've got a Netgear Orbi setup in my house, IPV6 even though it is in the routers firmware simply does not work. My ISP is Zen and if i change my router back to my old Asus, IPV6 works fine. It's very anoying, but not a major deal breaker at the moment to be honest. I am much happier with full 5ghz coverage all over the house than not getting IPV6. Not too shure into the future that happiness will last though.

Ok having had issues and modem failure i decided not to buy another one and so bought the new Asus DSL-AC88U today.
I connected it up, setup ipv 6 , QoS, and all the other usual stuff in under 15 minutes.
Tested BF1 tonight and the difference is night and day, my son joined the session on his pc too and weve had the best nights session in a very long time.
So i will be selling my Mikrotik router and unifi wireless device and keeping the Asus as i feel its much better for my situation.

It’s good that you’ve fixed the problem but a little gutting such a solid setup isn’t working for you. Glad you got it up and running again.
