ADSL pci modem help

Hi All, I would like some help please ,i want to buy a new pci ADSL modem ,and would like to know which is the better chipset ? the 'Conexant 3805' or the 'Globespan chipset' ,i,m looking at one of these models :

(1). Etec PT-3805
(2). MRi PDSL01
(3). DSLsource Conexant 3805

The 'Conexant 3805' would be the one I would go for but they do the same job.

Agreed. I think the Etec uses a conexant chipset anyway...

I think i,ll go for the Etec's Full Rate ADSL PCI Modem Card, the PT-3805 ,but can anyone help me to find the newest drivers ?
