ADSL router + wireless?

Hey,

Just a quick q - posted on here before but I wanted some definateness before I buy.

I've got an ADSL router atm and I want to keep it and get a wireless connection.. so I was pointed in the direction of Access points.

I was looking at:

If I get it does it mean..

I just plug an ethernet cable into it and and i've got a wireless conection?
My macbook will connect to its nps?

Yeah, but you should configure it for security as well.
