ADSL stats, what can I get speed wise??

US Line Attenuation: 44 US Margin: 23

I think they are pretty poor tbh, is 8mb possible? :confused:

Your attenuation is pretty good but your SNR is crap. Do you have any extensions at all? Are you able to try your modem/router synced at the master test socket with extensions unplugged?

Right, had a sort out and now get these results:

8172kbps now according to that guide :cool:

How do I get BT to upgrade my line now? 2mb still when new customers are getting 8mb :mad:

Stats are good now. You should get the max sync but if not it certainly won't be far off. Not sure how you'd go about getting BT to upgrade you though

Most routers will display it somewhere in the web interface. Not sure about USB modems and the like though.
