Advice and Help needed please

Hi all , I need to upgrade my GPU , my current setup is a bit old but doing me ok its just I think its time to upgrade the GPU , currently I have

i7 3770k cpu
16gb ram
750w corsair modular psu
GTX 670

I would really like it to be as quiet and as cool as possible as at the moment everything is quiet and cool
my budget is max £200-£230
