The other fans case have different connections. Here's how they're all connected together:

And here is now they're connected directly into the power supply (they aren't connected into the motherboard):

Thanks, the 3 pin has one blank pin so it doesn't fit in any of the 4 pin system fan slot on the motherboard.

Ah ok I see what you mean. As previously mentioned, that is the ARGB connector. The b450 board you have does not have that connector built in.

HOWEVER the case that you have, already has an integrated controller so you can forgo all the above and you don't have to plug that connector in anywhere.

It's the same, I've used the case before. Very decent for the price
