advice needed! restoring messages to hotmail server using POP3?

I heard about the fact that Hotmail have recently allowed all accounts to be accessible using POP3. So I setup Outlook 2003 to connect to hotmail using POP3 so I can see my emails without all the adverts.

Unfortunately after searching the internet I found out that I didnt untick "delete messages from server", so I now have all my emails on my local machine but there are now none in my actually hotmail account on the server.

Is there anyway to put them back on the server?

How much mail are you talking about?

Previous experience is using a perl script to cycle through the messages in a mailbox and redeliver them to hotmail
