Advice Needed

I bought something from DVDsoon online using my Debit Card. (3 Weeks Ago)

Since then there site has been down constantly.

And there has been no contact from them, and my DVD's still haven't arrived.

Today i decided to do some research into there company, and there are some real horror stories.

I'm after some advice basically on what to do next.

DVD's cost around £17. I guess so, but would rather leave that till last minute.

I understand it isn't the biggest amount of money. But its the fact they seem to of been doing this for years.

Its annoying really, because everyday i read of scasm ect.. and if i just did a little research on DVDsoon, i could have been watching the "Young Ones" tonight.

Ill get in contact with Llyods, later and see what they say.

Not sure whether your edit is Good Or Bad news
