hi ppl just busted my phone got stressed with gf threw it against floor anyway. im on 18 month contract with orange and still got bout 7 month to go till finished got insurance aswell. how do i go about getting a replacement ?

Find out what your insurance terms are. Is it visibly scratched or cracked? If not, just say it's no longer working.

** funny - i threw my samsung d600 on the pavement about a month ago for the same reasons as you,however i had no insurance so i'm back to using my Nokia 3210 ;-) **

Heh - my screen cracked as well, not to mention the scratches on the side and the slider not coming out properly.

have you got phone insurance? Find out what they cover first before telling them what happened - if you have accidental cover, then you can just say you dropped it or something. If not it's going to be tricky.

Ask your GF to buy you a new one! ;-)
 
she won't its second phone busted thanks to her last time had to lie through my teeth to change it but different service provider this time so probably have to do it again nevermind.

Think you need a new G/F then. She's costing you too much in mobiles ;)
 
Accidental damage is ok, throwing it against the floor is not. Either commit insurance fraud (that's what is being discussed here after all) or buy a new phone. If you're easily wound up to the extent that you can't stop yourself throwing your mobile you probably need to think about drinking more tea ;)
