Advice on £250 spec

Looking around the OCuk shop ive selected the following components and im after a little bit of advice...

Intel Pentium Dual-Core E5200 "LGA775 Core 2" 2.50GHz (800FSB)
OCZ Platinum Revision 2 XTC 2GB (2x1GB) PC2-6400C4
Asrock 4CoreDual-SATA2 Rev2 (Socket 775) PCI-Express/AGP DDR2 Motherboard
Corsair VX 450W ATX Power Supply

Budget is £250 and im wondering about what graphics card to add to this shopping cart... Or if there is a decent Onboard option.

Any other ideas for this spec are welcome as ill be ordering soon...

Thanks for the replies and the spec :)

The PC is just for very light gaming, its main use is media, watching HD content etc.
Also my friend has only Windows XP 32bit so 4GB isnt really a requirement. I should also point out that he has IDE harddrives which he wants to use, so a motherboard with 2 IDE ports is needed :(

I'll check out that spec, would it be better than the intel alternative?
