Advice on a hard drive

Hi i currenlty have a DELL XM667 Western Digital 250GB 7200 RPM SATA II HD WD2500AAJS in my computer and want to upgrade it to a Toshiba (7K1000.D) 1TB SATA 6GB/s 32MB Cache.

Would this offer a significant speed increase in loading times?
